• Chat Messages: Natural language prompts and editing instructions you send to the AI are stored as part of your project history.
• Generated Figures: Chart specifications and diagram configurations created during your sessions.

2.2 Automatically Collected Information

• Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with our service, including features used and figures generated.
• Device Information: Browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.
• Log Data: IP address, access times, and referring URLs.

We use the information we collect to:

Project Data: Your uploaded datasets, chat history, and generated figure configurations are stored as part of your projects. Projects persist until you delete them.

AI Processing: Your prompts are sent to third-party AI providers (such as Anthropic) to generate figure specifications. We do not control the retention policies of these providers, but we only send the minimum data necessary for generation.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• AI Providers: We send your prompts and relevant data context to AI providers (e.g., Anthropic via OpenRouter) to generate chart and diagram specifications. Only the data needed for generation is sent.
• Service Providers: Third-party services that help us operate our platform (hosting, analytics, authentication).
• Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights and safety.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), secure authentication via Supabase, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
